Privacy policy and "cookies"


In accordance to the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data we inform that personal details of our Customers are stored only for the purposes of order completion with data protection requirements specified in the Act on personal data protection. Access to data, their alteration and deleting is possible via user panel available at (for logged-in users).

We undertake no liability for damages occurring as a consequence of Customer giving to third parties access to his passwords, access to e-mail accounts, login details, links for tracking orders or other non-public data provided for order fulfilment or as a consequence of a third party gaining access to this data illegally (identity theft, hacking attacks, breaking into e-mail account). User's password is stored in the system in an encrypted form and no person has access thereto.

By placing an order in shop the customer agrees to his/her personal data being used and processed for the order completion by Flemming Cafe in accordance to the Act of 29th August 1997 on the protection of personal data - Dz. U. issue 133 item 883. as amended.

By accepting the terms and conditions of service the Customer declares that he/she is aware of the fact that they have the right to access, change and delete their personal data. Request for deletion of personal data may be sent by e-mail at


Cookie files

Cookies are small text files stored on your website by our service and read by our service. Those files do not store personal or sensitive data, they are used for securing the proper functioning of our site and gathering statistical data. We do not gather data that are used for marketing purposes of third parties nor do we share gathered statistical data with anyone.

- Sessions - the so called 'session state' is recorded, which is necessary for the proper functioning of the site. Sessions include such information as whether someone is logged in on our site, which products are currently placed in the cart and which products were recently viewed.
